I’ve always had a passion for baking, but when my sister and grandfather were diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2012, I knew I needed to do something to help them.

Every Sunday our kitchen was a shrine to bagels; as everything bagels with whitefish salad was my JAM! I felt obligated to get to work on recreating our favorite food for my family who couldn’t find a comparable bagel.

Once I created the bagel and shared it with friends and family, I realized how many other families struggled to find safe food too. That is when I new I had to turn my passion into a business and share it with the world.
