Compensation: $1,500 + Travel Credits + Airbnb Stay

Airbnb is a leading travel platform that connects people to unique stays and experiences around the world. From cozy cabins and beach houses to city apartments, Airbnb makes it easy for friends to travel together and create memorable shared experiences.

This year, Airbnb is bringing travel inspiration directly to campus, empowering students to plan group trips, explore new destinations, and make the most of their time off with friends.

About the Role

Airbnb Campus Ambassadors serve as on-campus representatives for the brand. In this role, ambassadors will inspire their peers to travel, showcase real group trip experiences, and build excitement around booking stays with friends — all while earning compensation and receiving a paid Airbnb booking.

Program Goals

As an Airbnb Campus Ambassador, your goals will include:

• Making Airbnb part of student travel rituals by inspiring students to plan group trips and showing how
• Airbnb fits into student life
• Communicating Airbnb’s value by highlighting why Airbnb is a better fit for the way students travel
• Driving peer-to-peer endorsement by building excitement around travel inspiration, shared experiences, and real-world connection
• Showcasing your own Airbnb experience with friends through engaging social content
• Promoting the Summer Sweepstakes opportunity (TBD)

Responsibilities

As an Airbnb Campus Ambassador, you will:

• Book and complete a 2-night Airbnb stay within driving distance with up to 3 friendsTransportation and Airbnb stay are covered
• Create and post 3 or more in-feed video posts on TikTok and/or Instagram highlighting your Airbnb experienceUse provided briefs and guidelines to create engaging, on-brand content
• Submit content for approval prior to posting
• Host at least 5 in-person presentations at campus organizations or club meetingsShare travel ideas and destination inspiration tailored to each club in a fun, natural way
• Present Airbnb as a platform and highlight key features that make booking group travel easier
• Promote the Summer Sweepstakes opportunity (TBD)
• Distribute Airbnb coupons to peers and organizations
• Build and manage a digital group chat or student communityShare travel inspiration, destination ideas, and examples of Airbnb listings
• Engage members with group trip ideas and program updates
• Promote sweepstakes reminders and key program moments

What You’ll Gain

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen & at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a current undergraduate student, at an accredited college or university.
• Must be a member of a school-associated community, club or organization.
• Presence on TikTok and/or Instagram.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups.
• Passion for travel, content creation, and community building.
• Must be non-union / not part of any talent union organization.
• Must have used Airbnb in the past (1-3x) / have an Airbnb account with a positive guest rating (4+)
• Not an existing partner or ambassador of other travel brands.
• No criminal record or documented public controversy.
