Brand Ambassadors

Position Overview:
EverybodyFights (EBF) is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our street team and assist in welcoming and onboarding new visitors at our Financial District location. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in introducing new gym visitors to EverybodyFights, answering their questions, and spreading the excitement about our fitness offerings. We are looking for high-energy individuals who can create a positive and memorable experience for everyone they interact with.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with pedestrians and passersby in the Financial District to promote EverybodyFights and its offerings.
• Operate during busy times, primarily weekdays during lunch and after-work hours (2-hr shift max.).
• Answer inquiries about EBF’s facilities, classes, membership options, and benefits.
• Distribute free EBF gear and promotional items (“swag”) to create brand awareness.
• Provide scannable QR codes to potential new members for exclusive offers and promotions.
• Encourage and guide potential members through the sign-up process using QR codes.
• Represent EBF’s values and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Work collaboratively in a group of 3-6 Brand Ambassadors to enhance onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• High-energy individual with a fun and positive personality.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Outgoing, approachable, and adept at making new connections.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
• Availability for up to 5 hours per week.
• Ideal for individuals with flexible availability during weekdays, especially during lunch hours and after work hours.
