Many colleges have various “themed floors” within their dormitory systems, such as a language immersion floor or a hall for first-generation college students. But this doesn’t exist at all once you’ve moved off campus — and even if it did, your school likely isn’t going to sponsor a “K-Pop house” or a “Minecraft floor” anytime soon…

However, at Dwelliance, we’re doing exactly that. We’re enabling people to group together under any common interest and connect with local landlords to rent an entire floor in an apartment complex for “British Premier League Soccer fans” or an entire house of cosplayers. The list is as lengthy as your imagination!
